The Kings Beach Residence is an attractive family-run hotel residence used exclusively by Kings Bournemouth. The hotel is ideal for international students and is within easy walking distance of the beach, town centre and the college. The residence has 19 ensuite bedrooms. All the bedrooms have been refurbished in the last 6 months and all bathrooms have been completely modernised in the last 18 months. The hotel has an attractive and spacious dining room (with kitchenette which the students can use for making
snacks) and a student lounge with TV, Wii, DVD, etc. The hotel offers free
wii-if in all rooms. The price includes breakfast and dinner.

Lyme Regis House is a brand new residence for English and international
students. Students live in flats with 5 bedrooms per flat. Each flat also has
a well-equipped kitchen with a lounge and dining area. All bedrooms are
singles and each bedroom has a desk, a built-in wardrobe, a single bed and
its own shower room. There is also a large common room in the residence
where international and English students can meet for a chat, play pool or
watch tv.
