1. Standard IELTS Speaking Test sessions in Oxford are on Thursday or Friday before the main test. Non-standard appointments may be requested at other times:
— Saturday afternoon (immediately after the main exam);
— Monday afternoon or Tuesday afternoon the following week.
2. There is a supplementary fee of £25 for non-standard Speaking Test appointments.
3. Places are limited and cannot be guaranteed
4. Because of the limitation on places we recommend you send in your request as early as you can.
5. The main exam is held at Cheney School; Speaking Tests are held at Kings Oxford. For an appointment on Saturday afternoon you will have to make your own way from Cheney School to Kings after the main exam.

If you choose to pay online, you will be able to select a non-standard speaking test. Please see the details in your application confirmation email on “How to Pay”.
If you want to pay in person (cheque, cash, credit card) please make sure you ask for a Saturday speaking test when you pay. There is an extra £25 fee for a non-standard speaking test.
