If you have booked a transfer to your accommodation you will be met at the airport Arrivals Hall by a Kings Colleges representative holding a Kings Colleges sign.
If you cannot find our representative, you should go to the airport information desk and ask them announce your name, nationality and the name of Kings Colleges.
Or, you can call the 24-hour emergency telephone number of your chosen college. This will be shown on the arrival documents we send you.

Important information for all transfers
To book a transfer, please send full flight information to the college in writing at least 7 days before arrival. Late transfer bookings may not be accepted.
The above prices include a meet and greet service on arrival and drop-off at the airport entrance on departure but do not include check-in service.
Students under the age of 16 years must book a return transfer with Kings unless written confirmation that a private transfer has been arranged is provided.
To qualify for reduced transfer rates for 2 or 3 people, students must arrive/depart on the same flight.
If you cannot find the Kings College Guide or Taxi Driver when you come into the arrivals hall, please do not worry. Please go to the nearest information desk and ask them to contact the driver or telephone the emergency number on the transfer confirmation letter.
Important notes for Heathrow economy transfer.
Available on standard changeover days (Sundays before course start dates) between 17 June and 19 August for flights arriving at Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 between 10.00-17.00.
Please note the travelling time from Terminals 4 and 5 to Terminal 1 can be up to one hour.
The departure transfer is available for flights departing after 12.00.
Students under the age of 16 will be met in the Arrivals Hall in the terminal in which they land. There is a supplement added for this service which is compulsory.
Students aged 16 or over should collect their luggage and go to the Information Desk at Terminal 1 to meet the Kings Guide. Instructions for meeting the guide will be sent after booking the transfer.
Kings Departure Check-in Service
A check-in service can be arranged to assist students on departure. A guide will assist the student to check in, ensure they pass through immigration and wait for the flight departure. The fee for this service is £30.
This service is compulsory for any student under 16 years travelling as an individual.
