Kings Colleges Prize Crossword Terms and Conditions
1. By entering into the Kings Colleges Prize Crossword all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules.
2. The prize promotion is open to customers of Kings Colleges only — educational agents or students.
3. Entrants must be 18 or over. All entrants consent to our contacting them about our programmes or services.
4. All employees of Kings Colleges, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the competition are excluded from entry.
5. Only one application may be made per person. Kings Colleges will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. The prize shall be awarded at the discretion of Kings Colleges and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. No purchase is necessary. Kings Colleges is not responsible for lost entries, delayed entries or mis-transmitted entries.
6. The closing date for entries is 31.12.2011. The prize draw will take place no later than 6.1.2012 and the prize will be awarded to the first correct entry selected at random.
7. Kings Colleges will notify the winner by email by 7.1.2012
8. The prize will consist of an iPod Touch 8GB. Kings Colleges aims to dispatch the prize to the winner no later than 15.1.2012. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside Kings Colleges’ control, Kings Colleges reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The prize may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
10. Kings Colleges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner will participate in all required publicity and Kings Colleges reserves the right to publish the name of the winner in post event publications and on the the Kings Colleges website (www.kingscolleges.com). The winner will cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.
